In the early 1980s Toni discovered an abiding passion for recruitment. Having forged a career as a top rated manager internationally with a global leader in recruitment, she went on to expand on her considerable knowledge of recruitment in New Zealand, eventually investing the very best of her experience and her knowledge into Horizon.
